The Role

This is a superb opportunity for a bid writing professional to assume a pivotal role in the Trust’s growth agenda, extending the reach and impact of the charity. The Trust helps c.6,000 disabled people per year to live, work and enjoy life working in 3 core domains: housing, care and employment. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the Trust’s work to identify, prepare for, and submit high-quality competitive tenders for new business opportunities.

What we are looking for from you!

You will be an experienced bid writer with a strong track record in securing new contracts through competitive tendering.  In addition to producing high quality, engaging proposals you will lead activity across the Trust to develop sector and competitor insight and support work to raise the profile of the Trust as a service delivery partner.  You will have the ability to lead cross-functional tender teams and be comfortable balancing your time between hands on bid writing and developing and implementing strategies to help the Trust, identify, prepare for and secure new contracts.  You will be a natural communicator with the ability to influence at a senior level both internally and externally.  You will have the will to want to make a difference, share the values of Enham Trust and be committed to helping us fulfil our charitable objectives.
